Extreme precipitation weather type centroids for the 18 HUC2 watersheds in the Contiguous United States

This dataset contains cluster centroids of extreme weather types (XWTs) that are associated with extreme precipitation events in the 18 HUC2 watersheds covering the Contiguous United States that occurred between 1982 to 2018. One NetCDF file is provided for each of the 18 watersheds that contain the spatial patterns of XWTs in this region, the Euclidean distance (similarity) between the XWT pattern to each day between 1982-2018, and the actual date of the extreme event that defines an XWT.Options<br>

本数据集包含与1982年至2018年间发生在覆盖美国本土的18个HUC2流域内的极端降水事件相关的极端天气型（Extreme Weather Types，XWTs）聚类中心。针对上述18个流域，每个流域均配套提供一个NetCDF文件，文件内包含该区域内XWTs的空间分布型、1982年至2018年间每日的XWT分布型与该日的欧氏距离（即相似度），以及用于界定XWTs的极端事件的实际发生日期。
