Dataset of "Low utilization of glucose in the liver causes diet-induced hypercholesterolemia in exogenously hypercholesterolemic rats."

We fed ExHC rats, SD rats and Congenic (ExHC.BN-Dihc2BN) rats on three diets (high sucrose diet, high starch diet, high fructose diet) for 2 weeks. We measured the parameters related to glucose and lipid metabolism in the obtained samples.

本研究将ExHC大鼠、SD大鼠及同类系（Congenic）大鼠（ExHC.BN-Dihc2BN）分别以高蔗糖膳食、高淀粉膳食、高果糖膳食进行为期2周的喂养，随后采集获取的样本，检测其与糖脂代谢相关的各项参数。
