Märklin et al_RMA File Microarray

Analysis of gene expressions in which were analyzed with the Affymetrix MoGene-1.0-ST-v1 Gene Chip. Starting material were FACS-sorted CD19⁺CD5⁺ CLL cells from TCL1 NFAT2^+/+and TCL1 NFAT2^-/- mice (n=3 per group). Normalized and log₂-transformed signal intensities of each gene transcript from 6 different mice were shown.

本数据集的基因表达谱分析采用Affymetrix MoGene-1.0-ST-v1基因芯片（Affymetrix MoGene-1.0-ST-v1 Gene Chip）完成。实验所用起始样本为经荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）得到的CD19⁺CD5⁺慢性淋巴细胞白血病（Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, CLL）细胞，供体为TCL1 NFAT2⁺/⁺与TCL1 NFAT2⁻/⁻小鼠，每组各3只（n=3 per group）。本数据集展示了来自6只小鼠的各基因转录本经归一化处理并以2为底完成对数转换后的信号强度值。
