DNA methylation profiles of IRAK-M gene in untreated or drug-treated human melanoma cell lines

Genome-wide DNA methylation analysis of over 850,000 methylation sites was performed using the Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip (Illumina) in RPMI7951, C32, Malme-3M, SK-MEL-28, EPZ-6438-treated C32, azacytidine-treated Malme-3M, and DMSO- or NU7441-treated Mb3429 cells. Genomic DNA from the 8 samples was sodium bisulfite treated and hybridized to the Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip

本研究使用Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip（Illumina公司），对RPMI7951、C32、Malme-3M、SK-MEL-28、经EPZ-6438处理的C32、经阿扎胞苷处理的Malme-3M，以及经二甲基亚砜（DMSO）或NU7441处理的Mb3429共8组细胞中的超过850,000个甲基化位点开展全基因组DNA甲基化分析。随后，提取该8份样本的基因组DNA并进行亚硫酸氢盐转化处理，之后将其与Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip进行杂交。
