Effects of elevated CO2

Aerobic metabolic rate (MRa) and the critical oxygen tension (Pcrit) of both the red (Pleuroncodes monodon) and yellow (Cervimunida johni) squat lobsters (OMZ species), under two pCO2 scenarios (~414 and 1400 µatm). Haemolymph pH, hemocyanin content, haemocyanin oxygen binding affinity (p50), and haemolymph lactate content was measured in both species under normoxia, low pCO2 hypoxia and high pCO2 hypoxia.

本数据集针对两种氧最低区（oxygen minimum zone, OMZ）铠甲虾物种——红色铠甲虾（*Pleuroncodes monodon*）与黄色铠甲虾（*Cervimunida johni*），测定了两种二氧化碳分压（partial pressure of carbon dioxide, pCO2）情景（约414与1400 µatm）下其有氧代谢率（aerobic metabolic rate, MRa）与临界氧张力（critical oxygen tension, Pcrit）。此外，本研究还在常氧（normoxia）、低pCO2低氧与高pCO2低氧条件下，测定了两种物种的血淋巴（haemolymph）pH、血蓝蛋白（hemocyanin）含量、血淋巴氧结合亲和力（p50）以及血淋巴乳酸含量。
