Original data of pollinator observations, floral traits and plant reproductive success of Prunella vulgaris and Spiranthes sinensis, collected from a plot-level factorial experiment where flowering density of P. vulgaris (high vs. low) was crossed with flowering density of S. sinensis (high vs. low) in the South-East Tibetan Plateau Station for Integrated Observation and Research of Alpine Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences.In the excel file ‘Data on traits and reproductive success’, each line represents one individual, with data on phenotypic traits and female fitness.In the excel file ‘Data on pollinator visitation’, each line represents one pollinator observation, with data on components of pollinator visitations.
本数据集包含传粉者观测、花部性状及植物繁殖成功的原始数据,采集自中国科学院青藏高原东南缘高山环境综合观测研究站开展的样地尺度析因实验。该实验以夏枯草(Prunella vulgaris)开花密度(高/低)与绶草(Spiranthes sinensis)开花密度(高/低)作为交叉处理因子。在名为《性状与繁殖成功数据》的Excel文件中,每一行对应一个个体样本,记录其表型性状与雌性功能适合度数据;在名为《传粉者访花数据》的Excel文件中,每一行对应一次传粉者观测事件,包含传粉者访花的各项特征指标。
