Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum for Dupuytren’s Disease: A Comparison with Percutaneous Needle Aponeurotomy and Surgical Fasciectomy

This thesis examines the use of three common treatments for Dupuytren's disease: Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum, Percutaneous Needle Aponeurotomy and Limited Fasciectomy. It comprises a comprehensive systematic review and a large retrospective cohort study. It delves deep into the pathological and physiological basis of Dupuytren's disease providing context for the development of these treatments. It then discusses the results of the included experiments.
