We investigated the gene expression and metabolic regulatory mechanisms associated with the high-level accumulation of ICPs by performing the transcriptomics analysis of B. thuringiensis strain CT-43, using Illumina high throughout sequencing (RNA-seq) technique. Overall design: The bacterial cells were collected at the time points of 7 h, 9 h, 13 h and 22 h for the whole-genome transcriptomics, respectively.
本研究通过对苏云金芽孢杆菌(B. thuringiensis)菌株CT-43开展转录组学(transcriptomics)分析,采用Illumina高通量测序(RNA-seq)技术,探究与杀虫晶体蛋白(Insecticidal Crystal Proteins,ICPs)高水平积累相关的基因表达及代谢调控机制。
实验设计概述:分别于7小时、9小时、13小时及22小时四个时间点收集菌体细胞,用于全基因组转录组学分析。
