The first effort has been made in this research to determine Mortierella alpine stable housekeeping genes under given conditions. statistic analysis indicated that when cell entered the death phase, actin was of the most stable expression for normalization of the expression levels, while in defined medium whereby cells stood in growth phase, 28s and dihydropteridine reductase were identified as the appropriate reference genes to normalize the gene expression data
本研究首次针对指定培养条件下的高山被孢霉(Mortierella alpine)稳定持家基因开展筛选鉴定工作。统计分析结果显示:当细胞进入死亡期时,肌动蛋白(actin)是用于基因表达水平标准化的最稳定内参基因;而在限定培养基中处于生长阶段的细胞,则可选用28S与二氢蝶啶还原酶(dihydropteridine reductase)作为基因表达数据标准化的合适内参基因。
