POROHFvsSBHFvsSLA To explore the potential mechanisms by which the POROHF surface affected pyroptosis and osteogenesis under inflammatory conditions, RNA sequencing was performed. hBMSCs at passage 3 were plated onto prepared titanium and zirconia specimens in 24-well plates with five replicates per group, and RNA was collected using AG RNAex Pro reagent after LPS and ATP treatments for 8 h.

POROHFvsSBHFvsSLA 为探究炎症条件下POROHF表面影响细胞焦亡（pyroptosis）与成骨作用（osteogenesis）的潜在机制，本研究开展了RNA测序（RNA sequencing）分析。将第3代人间充质干细胞（human Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells, hBMSCs）接种于24孔板中已制备好的钛和氧化锆样本上，每组设5个重复；经脂多糖（Lipopolysaccharide, LPS）和三磷酸腺苷（Adenosine Triphosphate, ATP）处理8小时后，采用AG RNAex Pro试剂提取RNA。
