Cinnamaldehyde-based product: cinnamaldehyde microcapsules, which can be used for fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping and beverage addition. The National Forestry and Grassland Administration Forest Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center (Chengdu) tested its embedding rate, with an average embedding rate of 72.6%, which meets the assessment requirements of the research project.
