In the present study, we applied three-dimensional (3D) neurospheres derived from the embryonic rat hippocampal tissue to investigate the effect of methamphetamine on neurodevelopment. Neurospheres were randomly divided into three groups: control, 1.5 mM METH group and 3 mM METH group, which were treated with solvent, 1.5 mM methamphetamine and 3 mM methamphetamine for 24h, respectively. Then neurospheres were collected for whole genome transcriptional analysis after METH treatment.

本研究采用源自大鼠胚胎海马组织的三维(3D)神经球(neurospheres),探究甲基苯丙胺对神经发育的影响。将神经球随机分为三组:对照组、1.5 mM 甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,缩写METH)组及3 mM 甲基苯丙胺(METH)组,分别以溶剂、1.5 mM甲基苯丙胺、3 mM甲基苯丙胺处理24小时。处理结束后收集神经球,开展全基因组转录分析。
