We used microarrays to compare gene expression profile of spleen CD8 T cells from IL-17RA KO and WT mice at different time-point after T. cruzi infection. Overall design: 9 WT mouse samples (3 samples at day 0 post infection -pi-, 3 samples at day 14pi and 3 samples at day 22pi); 9 IL-17RA KO mouse samples(3 samples at day 0 pi, 3 samples at day 14pi and 3 samples at day 22pi).
本研究利用基因芯片(microarrays)技术,比较克氏锥虫(Trypanosoma cruzi)感染后不同时间点,野生型(Wild Type, WT)与白细胞介素17受体A敲除(IL-17RA KO)小鼠的脾脏CD8阳性T细胞基因表达谱。整体实验设计:共包含9份野生型小鼠样本,其中感染后(post infection, pi)第0天、第14天、第22天样本各3份;另有9份白细胞介素17受体A敲除小鼠样本,在上述三个时间点各取3份。
