HIFLD OPEN American Red Cross Divisions

This dataset represents Red Cross division, which are a corporate structure with a Division Vice President (DVP), Division Disaster Executive (DDE) and Division Disaster Directors (DDD). Red Cross Geography Model: Counties make up chapters, chapters make up regions and regions make up divisions. There are five exceptions to the Red Cross Geography model: Middlesex County, MA, Los Angeles, Kern, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in California which are covered by more than one Chapter. (Many to One). In the case of these five counties, the geometry was dissolved from Zip Codes.

本数据集对应红十字会分区体系，该体系为标准化组织架构，设置有分区副总裁（Division Vice President，DVP）、分区灾害执行官（Division Disaster Executive，DDE）与分区灾害主管（Division Disaster Directors，DDD）。红十字会地理架构模型遵循如下层级规则：县构成分会，分会构成区域，区域构成分区。该地理架构模型存在5个例外情况：马萨诸塞州米德尔塞克斯县，以及加利福尼亚州的洛杉矶县、克恩县、河滨县与圣贝纳迪诺县，上述区域由多个分会覆盖（多对一关系）。针对上述五个县，其地理几何数据由邮政编码区域融合聚合得到。
