This dataset is the research outcome derived from the project team's work on rainstorm and flood disaster case studies. It consists of multi-temporal risk assessment results for the rainstorm and flood disaster that struck Shouguang City, Shandong Province in 2018, specifically the hourly risk assessment distributions spanning from 9:00 on August 19 to 07:00 on August 20, 2018. This dataset is generated using the rainstorm and flood disaster risk assessment model developed by the project team, and can effectively reflect the impact severity and spatial distribution characteristics of the disaster risks.
