Subtitles of the interview with the young textile entrepreneur BDM

BDM, GNA's grandson, runs a traditional textile workshop in the town of Parakou, where several women work. He gives details of his life story, of how he learnt to weave in Fulani camps and of his ambitions for the future. He wants to preserve the production of hand-woven textiles, which is threatened with extinction, but is nevertheless the subject of a new craze among young people and the political powers that be. The account of his life story also allows him to explain to us how weaving has changed over the last few decades.
