Raw behavioral and pharmacokinetic data supporting the publication "Targeting Neuroinflammation and Cognitive Decline: First-in-Class Dual Butyrylcholinesterase and p38α Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Inhibitors"

This dataset contains the raw experimental data generated by the Polish research team within the framework of the National Science Centre (NCN), Poland, project No. UMO-2021/43/I/NZ7/00342. The dataset supports the publication Targeting Neuroinflammation and Cognitive Decline: First-in-Class Dual Butyrylcholinesterase and p38α Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Inhibitors (Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, 2025). The dataset includes original GraphPad Prism project files from behavioral studies (Passive Avoidance Task, Novel Object Recognition Task, Morris Water Maze and Locomotor Activity) together with pharmacokinetic analyses generated by the Polish research team. Other experimental data presented in the publication (e.g. medicinal chemistry, structural biology, enzymatic assays, crystallography, molecular modeling and selected in vitro studies) were generated by collaborating institutions and are therefore not included in this dataset. The creators listed in this record are responsible for generating the data included in this dataset.
