Identification of genes regulated by pri and ken in late Drosophila embryos

We aim to identify genes commonly repressed by pri and ken in epidermis of Drosophila embryos. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of control, pri mutant and ken mutant embryos. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control, ken and pri mutant embryos.

本研究旨在鉴定果蝇胚胎表皮中受pri与ken共同抑制的基因。本研究利用对照组、pri突变体及ken突变体果蝇胚胎的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计：针对对照组、ken突变体与pri突变体果蝇胚胎的RNA测序数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
