二、統計標準時間：第1季以1至3月、第2季以4至6月、第3季以7至9月、第4季以10至12月之事實為準。

I. Scope and Targets of Statistics: All business operations conducted pursuant to the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act shall fall within the scope and targets of this statistics.
II. Standard Timeframe for Statistics: The statistics shall be based on actual data from January to March for Quarter 1, April to June for Quarter 2, July to September for Quarter 3, and October to December for Quarter 4.
III. Classification Standards: The horizontal categories are classified according to "Complaint Investigation Results", "Re-appeal Investigation Results" and "Mediation Results"; the vertical categories are classified according to "Behavior Patterns", "Relationship Between the Two Parties" and "Incident Location".
