The goal of this study is to compare transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of soft palatal tissue at E14.0 between control and Osr2-Cre;b-cateninfl/fl mice Methods: mRNA profiles of control and Osr2-Cre;b-cateninfl/fl mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Nextseq 500 platform. The quality of RNA samples was determined using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and all samples for sequencing had RNA integrity numbers >9.
本研究旨在通过RNA-seq技术,比较对照组与Osr2-Cre;β-cateninfl/fl小鼠胚胎发育第14.0天(E14.0)软腭组织的转录组图谱。方法:采用Illumina Nextseq 500测序平台,对两组小鼠样本进行三次生物学重复的深度测序以获取mRNA表达谱;使用Agilent 2100生物分析仪检测RNA样本质量,所有用于测序的样本其RNA完整性指数均大于9。
