The Mechanical Seal Fault and Failure Case Database Management System is a web-based system developed by Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. It is constructed to collect information covering the full lifecycle design, processes, manufacturing, testing and experimentation, and engineering application of mechanical seals across the entire mechanical seal industry, as well as gather raw data on the normal operation, faults and failures of mechanical seals, so as to lay a solid data foundation for the analysis of mechanical seal fault and failure modes. The system provides core functions including registration, login, password setting and modification, homepage, fault information management, summary tables, failure report management, department management, role management and user management. It enables the standardization, institutionalization and proceduralization of case report management, supports quick queries and displays full data details in the form of images, realizes hierarchical management, step-by-step statistics and hierarchical submission of failure reports, as well as provides comprehensive case management, query and statistics functions.
