Cecal microbiota in wild praire grouse

We utilized shotgun metagenomic sequencing to demonstrate that exposure to modern agriculture appears to detrimentally affect cecal microbiota of wild sharp-tailed grouse (Tympanuchus phasianellus) and greater prairie chickens (T. cupido).
