Fat body CLOCK restrains innate immunity and maintains survival under dietary stress in Drosophila

This dataset underlies the main text and supplementary figures in the preprint of the same title, available at: https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.07.20.739608. The exception is RNAseq data shown in Figs. 5 and S2 of the preprint, these data are deposited on the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). There are 4 types of data deposited here: Drosophila activity monitoring data, marked with prefix DAM, contains sleep or circadian parameters for individual fly locomotor activity patterns and parameters shown in Figs. 1 and 6. Locally activatable bioluminescence data, marked with prefix LABL, contains luminometer measurements and derived parametes for each biologial replicate shown in Fig. 3 qPCR, marked with prefix qPCR, data contains expression data for each biological replicate in Figs. 2 and S1. Survival data, marked with prefix survival, contains data necessary to replicate Kaplan-Meier survival curves shown in Fig. 4
