Expression analysis on the Phc1-KO neural progenitor cells. Mus musculus

Phc1 is one of the components of the polycomb repressor complex (PRC) and has been shown to play essential roles for neural development. We generated the Phc1-KO mouse embryonic stem cells and differentiated them for the neural progenitor cells. The entire gene expression was compared to those from the wild-type.
