APOE3 and APOE4 male mouse Plasma and Cortex Lipidomics data

We maintained 10-month-old <i>APOE3</i> or <i>APOE4</i> targeted replacement male mice on normal chow in the absence or presence of 14.4 ppm 17αE2 for 20 weeks. Plasma and cortical tissue were collected after the 20 weeks of treatment, and shotgun lipidomics was performed through UCLA's lipidomics core.
