We performed 16S ribosomal RNA sequencing to decode hemorrhagic stroke-associated pneumonia-related gut microbial signature by comparing alterations of gut microbial compositions among the sham-operated control, 0.5U type VII collagenase-induced intracerebral hemorrhage model rats and Klebsiella Pneumoniae-induced Gram-negative bacterial pneumonia complicating ICH model rats.
本研究通过16S核糖体RNA测序(16S ribosomal RNA sequencing)技术,对比假手术对照组、0.5U VII型胶原酶诱导的脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage)模型大鼠以及肺炎克雷伯菌诱导的革兰氏阴性细菌性肺炎合并ICH模型大鼠的肠道微生物组成差异,以解析出血性卒中相关性肺炎相关的肠道微生物特征。
