RNA sequencing of LSKs in the bone marrow from WT and MC5R-null mice

LSKs(lineage-, Sca-1+, c-kit+ cells) in bone marrow from wild type (WT) and MC5R-knockout (KO) mice after after irradiation were isolated to explore the differentially expressed genes by RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for LSKs in the bone marrow from WT and MC5R-null mice after irradiation.

本研究从经辐照处理的野生型（WT）与MC5R基因敲除（KO）小鼠骨髓中分离得到LSKs（谱系阴性、Sca-1阳性、c-kit阳性细胞，lineage-, Sca-1+, c-kit+ cells），通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术探究其差异表达基因。实验整体设计：对经辐照处理的WT与MC5R基因敲除（MC5R-null）小鼠骨髓中的LSKs的RNA测序数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
