本数据集的共识网络（consensus network）由下述10个无共引用网络（cocitation-free networks）中至少出现2次的交互关系构建而成：DIPSTRING v12（不含仅基于文本的交互）、FunCoup v5、InBioPTMCode2ConsensusDB v35、GIANT（选取边数前90%的边）、Reactome v86、SIGNOR、ProteomeHD。所有网络均基于针对文献来源与遗传衍生基因集的、经规模校正的基因集恢复性能进行排序。
