In this study we explored diversity of V3 region of 16S rRNA genes obtained via barcoded 454 pyrosequencing (of 72 fecal samples collected from mice at the 12th week of the trial) to demonstrate the modulation of gut microbiota and its possible role after different dose of Tuna oil and Algae oil treatment in D-galactose-induced Alzheimer's disease in mice.

本研究对实验第12周采集的72份小鼠粪便样本进行带条形码的454焦磷酸测序（454 pyrosequencing），分析其16S rRNA基因V3区的多样性，以此阐明不同剂量金枪鱼油与藻油干预对D-半乳糖诱导阿尔茨海默病小鼠肠道菌群的调控效应及其潜在作用机制。
