NCBR-123: ILC1s and T cells in the Oral Mucosa

This project was bulk RNAseq on naïve oral mucosa biospys in three different mouse lines (B6, Tac111, Tac146), attempting to idenitfy differences between each cell line. Samples were prepared using illumia truseq protocols and sequenced on a NovoSeq SP. bulk RNA sequencing comparison of 3 mouse strains to identify differences between strains.

本项目针对三种不同小鼠品系（B6、Tac111、Tac146）的初始未处理口腔黏膜活检样本开展批量RNA测序（bulk RNAseq），旨在鉴定各品系间的表达差异。样本采用Illumina TruSeq建库规程制备，并在NovaSeq SP测序平台完成测序。本研究通过对三种小鼠品系的批量RNA测序数据进行比较分析，以明确不同品系间的分子差异。
