Additional file 5. Windows batch file to run the “Autocleanscript.mlx” meshlab script on multiple models sequentially. Please ensure you change the filepaths in the code to the folder containing raw dense point clouds.ply files from VisualSFM, the output file path and the file location of the “Autocleanscript.mlx” file.
