Dominette Iso-Seq

Transcriptomes of tissues from L1 Dominette 01449 (the bovine reference genome individual) and SuperBull 99375 were sequenced using PacBio Iso-Seq to annotate a newly assembled bovine reference genome.

以牛参考基因组个体L1 Dominette 01449及超级公牛99375的组织转录组（Transcriptome）为样本，采用PacBio Iso-Seq测序技术进行测序，以对新组装的牛参考基因组进行注释。
