We tested two hundred and thirty Enterobacter cloacae complex (ECC) isolates from a tertiary hospital of China during 2000 to 2018 for their mcr gene existence, and identified 48 isolates harbor mcr-9.1, mcr-10, or a novel gene mcr-9.4. Antibiotic susceptibility test showed that 16 of the 48 isolates were carbapenem-resistant (MCR-CREC).

本研究于2000年至2018年间，对中国某三级医院分离获得的230株阴沟肠杆菌复合体（Enterobacter cloacae complex, ECC）分离株开展mcr基因携带情况检测，共鉴定出48株携带mcr-9.1、mcr-10或新型基因mcr-9.4的分离株。药敏试验结果显示，该48株分离株中有16株为碳青霉烯类耐药（MCR-CREC）菌株。
