This strain was isolated and purified from Shrimp paste.The purpose of this strain was to evaluate its safety performance and metabolic capacity at the genetic level,and to compare it with other Tetragenococcus halophilus to find out the similarities of this strain,which provided an important theoretical basis for the further development and application of Tetragenococcus halophilus in the direction of food fermentation.
