发明主题:本发明提供了一种可稳定饰面板材(face material)弯折部位所形成的R面(R surface)形状的飞边结构(flash structure)制造方法。
待解决的技术问题:本发明所要解决的技术问题对应的工序包含如下三类:将饰面板材1的侧边部1a定位在芯材组件(core assembly)外侧的固定工序,即通过该工序将饰面板材1固定于芯材组件;用于在立式芯材(vertical cores)2a的外表面2a-1上开设第一凹槽(groove)3a以安置饰面板材1侧边部1a的第一凹槽成型工序;以及在上述固定工序完成后,对饰面板材1的侧边部1a进行弯折折叠的弯折工序。此外,在第一凹槽成型工序中,还需在第一凹槽3a内部的第一侧面1-3a上形成向外凸起的凸状倾斜面2-2a。
