File 2: Number of SAGs generated with each DNA amplification method

本数据集统计了每种DNA扩增方法所生成的单细胞扩增基因组（Single-cell Amplified Genomes, SAGs）数量，以及从各数据集中可恢复的小亚基核糖体RNA（Small Subunit Ribosomal RNA, SSU）序列条数。需注意，部分样本同时包含扩增子与全基因组衍生的SSU序列。
