Secretome dataset for: The ESCRT protein CHMP5 restricts bone formation by controlling endolysosome-mitochondrion-mediated cell senescence

This is the original secretome dataset for Chmp5-KO versus
control periskeletal progenitor cells, as presented in the paper (Figure
4H). The purpose of the experiment was to characterize the secretory
profile and identify differentially secreted proteins in the supernatant
of Chmp5-KO versus control periskeletal progenitor cells, which were
obtained from Chmp5Ctsk and wild-type mice, respectively. It includes data
for 3 replicates (cells from 3 different animals) in each group.

本数据集为本论文图4H中展示的Chmp5基因敲除（Chmp5-KO）组与对照组骨膜周祖细胞（periskeletal progenitor cells）的原始分泌组（secretome）数据集。本实验旨在表征两组细胞的分泌谱特征，并鉴定Chmp5-KO组与对照组骨膜周祖细胞上清液中的差异分泌蛋白；两组细胞分别源自Chmp5Ctsk小鼠与野生型小鼠。每组均包含3次生物学重复的数据（细胞取自3只不同的动物）。
