The transcriptome of heads of mature larva of Carposina sasakii Matsumura grown under both long- and short-light photoperiod was sequenced using an Illumina HiSeqTM 4000 platform, and the raw data were filtered and assembled.

采用Illumina HiSeqTM 4000平台，对在长、短光周期条件下饲养的桃小食心虫（Carposina sasakii Matsumura）成熟幼虫头部的转录组（transcriptome）进行测序，并对原始数据进行过滤与组装。
