We established a platform for the brain organoid culture by using human decellularized brain extracellular matrix (BEM) and a microfluidic device. This engineering concept of reconstituting brain-mimetic microenvironments facilitates development of a reliable culture platform for brain organoids, enabling effective modeling and drug development.
本研究采用人类脱细胞脑组织外基质(BEM)与微流控装置,构建了脑类器官培养平台。这一重构仿脑微环境的工程化策略,有助于打造可靠的脑类器官培养体系,可有效支撑脑疾病建模与药物研发。
