we applied RNA-seq to obtain ovary transcriptomes from H. axyridis adults in Stage(1-4)(S1-S4), and performed an in depth analysis of these data to characterize them and detect development-related genes.

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，获取了处于1-4发育阶段（S1-S4）的异色瓢虫（Harmonia axyridis，缩写为H. axyridis）成虫的卵巢转录组，并对该批数据开展深入分析，以完成其特征表征并筛选发育相关基因。
