Transcriptome analysis of CD8+ T cells from healthy controls and patients wth CD46 deficiency

RNA-seq data from CD8+ T cells of healthy controls and patients with CD46-deficiency activated, or not, in vitro 400,000 freshly sioalted CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood of patients with CD46-deficieny or healthy age- and sex-matched controls were activated, or not, with anti-CD3+anti-CD46 in vitro for 6hours in the presence of IL-2 before RNA extraction and library construction for sequencing

本数据集包含CD46缺陷患者与年龄、性别匹配的健康对照的CD8阳性T细胞（CD8+ T cells）的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据。具体实验流程为：从CD46缺陷患者或年龄、性别匹配的健康对照的外周血中分离得到40万个新鲜CD8阳性T细胞，在白细胞介素2（IL-2）存在的条件下，使用抗CD3+抗CD46抗体进行体外（in vitro）激活或不激活处理，培养6小时后，进行RNA提取、文库构建并完成测序。
