Anammox bacteria sequencing

Anammox system was used to treat pharmaceutical wastewater with varying COD/N ratios to explore the underlying mechanism of coupling dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium (DNRA) pathway with anammox process through metagenomics sequencing analysis.

本研究采用厌氧氨氧化（Anammox）系统处理不同化学需氧量/氮（COD/N）比值的制药废水，通过宏基因组测序分析，探究厌氧氨氧化工艺与异化硝酸盐还原为铵（dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium, DNRA）途径耦合的内在机制。
