Predicted habitat suitability grid developed using Maxent and reviewed by CDFW staff for use in the northern Sierra Nevada foothills wildlife connectivity project. Scenario7w: vegetation and elevation were used to predict habitat suitability. The vegetation data in this scenario was represented by five continuous vegetation datasets (percent wetland, percent conifer, percent grassland, percent hardwood, and percent shrubs). All bioclimatic variables were excluded in order to see the effects of the remaining variables on model outputs.

本数据集为采用最大熵模型(Maxent)构建的生境适宜性预测栅格,经加州鱼类和野生动物部(California Department of Fish and Wildlife, CDFW)工作人员审核,用于内华达山脉山麓北部的野生动物连通性项目。 情景7w(Scenario7w):以植被与高程为预测变量开展生境适宜性预测。该情景的植被数据由5组连续型植被数据集表征,分别为湿地占比、针叶林占比、草地占比、硬叶林占比及灌丛占比(percent wetland, percent conifer, percent grassland, percent hardwood, and percent shrubs)。为探究其余变量对模型输出的影响,本情景剔除了所有生物气候变量。
