10x Single-Cell RNAseq Lung (Withheld Test Set)

Human lung cells comprising thirteen cell-types from the Human Lung Cell Atlas, consisting of 100 cells each withheld from a larger reference set, with labels in a SingleCellExperiment object. These data can be used to evaluate cell-type annotation classifiers. These cells are from the following study:<br> <br> <br> Travaglini, K. J., Nabhan, A.
