Transcriptomic analyses of Exopalaemon carinicauda hepatopancreas in response to Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) infection

Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) is a major pathogen in commercial shrimp production. In this study, we used the RNA-Seq to examine transcriptome response of Exopalaemon carinicauda to EHP infection.

肝肠胞虫（Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei，EHP）是商品虾养殖中的主要致病菌。本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术，探究脊尾白虾（Exopalaemon carinicauda）感染EHP后的转录组应答反应。
