The study employed a mixed methods research design, integrating quantitative and qualitative methodologies in an in-depth analysis of the research questions. This research design is an organized mechanism of investigation into the research questions by simultaneously incorporating both quantitative and qualitative modes of study, thereby ensuring a full understanding of the effectiveness and impact of AI-enhanced MR technologies in teaching technical English to engineering students in Gulf countries.

本研究采用混合方法研究设计，整合定量与定性研究方法，对研究问题开展深度分析。此类研究设计通过同时融合定量与定性两类研究模式，构建起一套系统化的研究问题探究机制，进而确保可全面认知人工智能增强型MR技术在海湾国家工科学生科技英语教学中的应用效果与实际影响。
