This study is to develop a short term and highly accurate prediction method of renal carcinogenicity based on gene expression profile of rats administrated by carcinogens. We conducted 28 days-repeated dose experiments in male SD rats with o-anisidine hydrochloride, and the gene expression profiles of renal cortex were analyzed using custom microarrays. Experimental design is the two group (control group vs. o-anisidine hydrochloride treated group). Three biological replicates were performed for each group.
本研究旨在基于致癌物染毒大鼠的基因表达谱,开发一种短期且高精度的肾脏致癌性预测方法。本研究以邻茴香胺盐酸盐(o-anisidine hydrochloride)对雄性SD大鼠开展为期28天的重复染毒实验,并采用定制基因芯片(custom microarrays)分析大鼠肾皮质的基因表达谱。实验设计分为两组:对照组与邻茴香胺盐酸盐染毒组。每组均设置3次生物学重复。
