Outbreak of Covid-19 during investigation of acute respiratory syndrome among pilgrims in Senegal: An Integrated Approach for real time surveillance

This study aims to identify the emergence of new SARS-CoV-2 lineages isolated from pilgrims. Our study falls within the framework of surveillance of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases.
