Molecular analysis for the description of Inocybe woglindeana

The data collection includes the raw data and analysis results generated in the context of the description of Inocybe woglindeana sp. nov. A phylogenetic analysis was made to show its closest known relatives based on ITS and LSU data. Mitochondrial mitSSU data was used to separate I. woglindeana from its sister taxon I. variispora.

本数据集包含沃格林丝膜菌新种（Inocybe woglindeana sp. nov.）描述过程中产生的原始数据与分析结果。基于内转录间隔区（Internal Transcribed Spacer, ITS）与大亚基核糖体DNA（Large Subunit rDNA, LSU）序列数据，本研究开展了系统发育分析，以明确该新种已知的近缘类群；同时利用线粒体小亚基核糖体DNA（mitochondrial Small Subunit rDNA, mitSSU）序列数据，将沃格林丝膜菌与其姊妹群类群多变孢丝膜菌（I. variispora）进行了区分。
