Microbial consortia obtained from decomposing woods and soil beneath lignocellulosic wastes. Microorganisms were acclimated to the azo dye Direct Black 22 (DB22) and preserved for use in experiments (inoculum). Three biological samples are included: 1 – inoculum from factorial experiments; 2 – microorganisms from condition E-02 (1 g/L glucose, 4 cycles/d aeration); and 3 – microorganisms from condition E-04 (2 g/L glucose, 0 cycles/d aeration).

本数据集的微生物群落采自木质纤维素类废弃物下方的腐木及土壤。实验所用微生物均经偶氮染料直接黑22(Direct Black 22, DB22)驯化并保存,作为接种物(inoculum)。本数据集包含三份生物学样本:1号样本为析因实验所用的接种物;2号样本取自E-02培养条件(1 g/L葡萄糖、每日曝气4周期)下的微生物;3号样本取自E-04培养条件(2 g/L葡萄糖、每日曝气0周期)下的微生物。
